PRIVACY POLICY
How data is collected, used, shared, and protected across TattooLineDrawing.com.
This Privacy Policy describes how tattoolinedrawing.com (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, create an account, or use our services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1) Information we collect
a) Information you provide
Account details (name, email, profile image) and any other information you choose to provide (e.g., feedback, support messages), plus content you upload or create on the Service.
b) Information from Google Sign-In
If you register or log in using Google, we receive basic profile information permitted by the scopes you authorize (typically openid, email, profile): Google account ID, name, email address, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.
c) Automatic data (cookies, device, usage)
We and our service providers may collect device/browser info (IP, user-agent, language), usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, error logs), and use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze usage.
d) Payments (if applicable)
If you purchase a product or subscription, our payment processor provides us transaction metadata (amount, time, status). We do not store full card details.
2) How we use information
- Authenticate and manage accounts (including via Google Sign-In)
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Personalize content and remember settings (e.g., theme)
- Communicate with you (support, updates, important notices)
- Protect the Service, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
3) Google Sign-In, permissions, and revoking access
When you connect your Google account, we access only the data you authorize and use it solely to provide sign-in and account functions. You can disconnect Google at any time in our app (if available) or from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access. Disconnecting stops future access; you may also request deletion of stored data (see Rights & Choices).
If we use Google APIs, we comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
4) Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where applicable, we process data under contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (e.g., improve and secure the Service), and consent (e.g., non-essential cookies/analytics where required).
5) Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and, where enabled, analyze performance. You can manage cookies in your browser and (if implemented) our cookie preferences. Blocking some cookies may affect functionality.
6) How we share information
We share information only with: (i) service providers/processors (hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, email) bound by confidentiality; (ii) legal/compliance when required; and (iii) as part of business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition). We do not sell personal information.
7) Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, for legitimate business needs (e.g., security, fraud prevention), and to comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove or anonymize your information unless retention is required by law.
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information (e.g., HTTPS/TLS, least-privilege access, encrypted storage of authentication tokens). No method is 100% secure.
9) Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object/restrict processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us at frankenskins@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity.
Disconnect Google: as noted above, you can revoke our access via your Google Account settings. If we send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe via the link in those emails.
10) International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
11) Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
12) Third-party links
Our Service may include links to third-party sites/services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy and update the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
